Most our products are in stock with automated current pricing however some products maybe out of stock and will display Check Stock
Check Stock indicates either that
a) we have no stock or
b) stock is available from one of our business partners but price and delivery time need to be checked.
By clicking on Check Stock an email can be sent to us (if you are using an Email client) to check both the stock availability AND current price of that product ( If you use gmail etc please email us with the product code ) Please do not order unless you have checked stock availability and current price with us first as you may be charged for any card transaction fees we incur if your card order has to be cancelled / refunded
- 3. DO WE QUALIFY FOR THE FREE EDUCATIONAL TONER DELIVERY SERVICE ?
If the invoice & delivery address are that of a full time educational establishment in mainland UK then you qualify. Please note to obtain free delivery through our website you need to contact us first so that we can register your account for free delivery. Education orders will also be accepted by email and goods shipped on a 30 day credit basis.

- 5. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY ?
Tonercare is primarily a Business to Business product provider. We operate only on business working days so all references to delivery times refer to business working days in England
For example if an order is received after close of busines on Friday the order would be processed on Monday
Next Day Delivery would be Tuesday and 2-3 Day Delivery would be Wednesday/Thursday.
- 6. WHAT AREA DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE COVER ?
Our standard & premium delivery services cover England & Wales. We also offer a 2-3 day delivery service to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Offshore UK
We can also deliver to most European countries as long as payment transaction is by Bank Transfer

- 9. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT HAVING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, but goods can only be ordered using a credit card, debit card or payment by bank transfer. For payment by bank transfer ( BACS ) goods will only be despatched upon receipt of funds into our bank account.

We are Tonercare, trading since 1998 and incorporated in 2002 as a Limited company in England. We supply top quality original and compatible ink and toner cartridges.
We are aware that approximately 20 years later another company decided to brand their compatible toner range as TonerCare using similar colours to our website without any consultation. We have no connection business or otherwise with this company
Although this has led to some confusion from some NHS staff we have taken the view that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery
